Really rocks

For the first time in 20 years, I own a bicycle again! Hmm, first have to so some work on it.

Got myself two new pairs of Caterpillars, my absolutely favorite footwear.

My previous pair put up with more than five years of 24/7 abuse before they really fell apart. Still you couln’t see too much of it, but the soles were cracked.

Got me two pairs of new ones: One for the road, one for the office. Time to go walking, give ‘em a testrun?

This week the soap As The World Turns aires its last episode in Holland. In honour of the occasion key cast members meet their Dutch fans ltomwatch the last episodes. I am there !

The musical Saturday Night Fever just premiered in royal theatre Carre. The red carprt, the show, the foto shoot, the afterparty were great. Got the chance? Go see it !

Rumours have been flying about, but it is true: Amsterdam gets its own Apple store. Opening up soon in the Hirsch building, corner Leidseplein.

Last saturdaynight the Keizersrace was held. On the Keizersgracht, between Leidsestraat and Spiegelstraat. It was a real party. The race was not held since 1997, so it turned out to be a real celebration that was aired live on AT5, the local television station, and made it to the nationwide news. It looked fantastic on TV.
